I also used them in my project and even wrote a paragraph or two about the wheels, hope this helps: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,138556.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,138556.0.html)

Keep in mind that the wheels are not centered in the mounting brackets.

Where did you procure these casters (and feet) if I may ask?

You won't regret them. Make sure the metal plates are flush with the bottom and back of your cab to be able to tilt your cab. I had to modify mine to tilt it completely.

I also purchased this hande from them to mount in the back plate to be able to tilt the cab to the back. I still have to do the back plate though

If you prefer to buy them stateside, see Arcadeemulator.net (http://www.arcadeemulator.net/cgi-bin/shop/cp-app.cgi?usr=51F470858&rnd=9606808&rrc=N&affl=&cip=68.13.130.140&act=&aff=&pg=ste_cat&startrow=10&searchstr=&searchrpp=10&searchtyp=&ref=Accessories&cat=&catstr=) (Divemaster127's site) or Twisted Quarter (http://www.twistedquarter.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=219&zenid=go1cpk9ab5ctap5467al30jh76).

They also carry leveling legs and cabinet handles.

The spacers below my bottom plate are 19mm thick and you need at least that much otherwise the leg levers will be too long. Here is a quick drawing

Everything in mm, widths are to scale, lengths probably aren't  :P
