Title: HDDVRS and Tivos

I have tons of HD DVRS and Tivos is  there any good parts inside besides 12v fans?

Pretty much that and the power supplies in some.

Why do "have" all this inventory in the first place?  And it depends on the HD DVR and Tivo.

Ima DTV contractor... and i have hr21,24's that DTV dont want back and  i was planning to open a hr44  ;D
but i think i cant use dvr's HDD on pc

I just junked my two SKY+ DVR boxes and salvaged nearly everything. The HDDs were 500gb sata nice little haul.  Loads of buttons, connectors and a case for a future project.

If its a hard drive you can reformat it.  And I thought the "Genie" was the newest box which was considered to be a HR34.

nope we r using new genies hr44's
