I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing flaw or if it's just the way things are, but when I try to hit diagonal movements on the joystick, nothing happens.
On the Happs Ultimate, I have everything installed the way it should be, but it seems like the actuator moves around more than it should. Even when it is straight and set in the right spot, I still have issues.
I've heard of wrapping a rubber band or electrical tape around it. Would this truly help? Or is there a part I can pick up from the hardware store that would assist?
Thanks for any future replies. This is the only thing standing between me and a completed cab.

Scrap them, and get Competitions. (for fighters)
[and or Wico 8way leafs for Classics, and or Pac Man 4ways, for 4way games... etc]
Happs Ultimates were like their first run of microswitch joysticks. They didnt pan out very well.. didnt hold up to the abuses, didnt control well either - especially when they wore down. (spacer gets shreded to dust.. )
The Comps however, are the better design, and work extremely well. Very durable, great control. (for fighters / modern games)

I may do that down the road, but in the meantime, is there a fix? I've exhausted my current budget on parts.
