Title: Ultimarc Model 3 Spinner

In Tempest it works, however I have to turn the spinner about 4 times around to get it to move 1/4 of the way around.  What could I be doing wrong?  Mouse Input is enabled.

Press tab to get into the Mame settings.  Go to the Analog section.  Here you can increase the sensitivity.

Do you mean Oscar Controls Model 3 spinner?  ???  ???
