Hi all, I quickly rustled together this sega model 2 cab in an old Astro I had lying about. I photo shopped some custom art to keep with the astro theme and added the following hardware:
Dual core Intel 2.66 PC, 2GB ram, 80GB HDD
VGA to CGA converter
Nanao 29inch
100watt speakers and amp with bass, treble etc
No coin mech, credit button hidden under controller panel.
All wired to the main fuse and AC filter.
PC and associated hardware mounted to plastic frame with aluminium straps.

My intention was to have all the games minus the drivers but I decided to keep them in and surprisingly they don't play to bad with a joystick and buttons, its just like using a game pad to play.
Thanks

Very nice
I love the Astro City. I wish I had one lying around. :)

Thanks. Yep the astro is everywhere in NZ, lots of Chinese arcade operators imported them in droves back in the 90's , you can pickup an empty cab for $75NZD.
