So the other day I stumbled across this thread talking about how to setup a 2nd monitor for a marquee: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=118741.0 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=118741.0) and at the time the "best/biggest" monitor was http://www.amazon.com/XO-Vision-RM122-Monitor-Electronics/dp/B00527FGVY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1363553036&sr=8-1&keywords=%28XO+Vision+RM122+10.2%22+TFT+LCD+Rear+View+Monitor%29 (http://www.amazon.com/XO-Vision-RM122-Monitor-Electronics/dp/B00527FGVY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1363553036&sr=8-1&keywords=%28XO+Vision+RM122+10.2%22+TFT+LCD+Rear+View+Monitor%29)
I am planning to build a 4 player pedestal cabinet that attaches to a wall mounted TV, but would like the marquee displayed like this http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,117320.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,117320.0.html)
Any help would be appreciated!

also check out a company called vitrolight... they also sell on ebay under the same username.

You could use something like a BetaBrite Prism (betabrite.com (http://betabrite.com)). It is a LED screen, but can display images through a USB port on a PC. It is probably not high enough though :'(.

Not sure if this is helpful but, I just got a 25 inch 21:9 monitor for a Digital marquee to use with a MAME cab. Its the LG 25um65. Its a little over 24 inches wide and 11 inches tall. I had been considering an ultra wide monitor, but found that they were way out of my price range until I found this. I actually picked this one up for $219 + tax at Costco. Not sure how wide you wanted it, but its with in the range of a standard Marquee. The best part is its an IPS panel with Good Angles.. so it doesnt seem dim or blurry off angle.
keep an Eye out for it ...

Not 100% sure what you are looking for, but you can get some 21:9 monitors for a reasonable price (like Jlampc mentioned):

I've seen wider aspect ratios someplace (vitrolight as mentioned by Unstupid). I don't know where you can buy that brand. But, if you search for "Streched Bar LCD" you can find some results (ebay).
