The buttons are more than enough to hold the plexiglas down.

there not 100% good if ya take a look on picture above " the one says top" yall  c my ugly cuts  but  no worries thats why i have  tons  of sand paper and cutters.. ON the sides i was passing back  and foward a cutter to get good  results. I just learn that working whit MDF is easy  to fix mistakes  but  lots of dust.

I wasnt saying they were great, and I wasnt being sarcastic. For using a hand saw they are pretty good cuts. Get a router or electric sander, and clamp the sides together

Yep, sitting there with plexi cut and routed, t-molding slots cut, MDF armored and all fasteners....fastened.  Needs a home.

(http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p191/mcseforsale/Arcades%20For%20Sale/WeeCade/IMAG0764_zpsebfbb7dd.jpg) (http://s128.photobucket.com/user/mcseforsale/media/Arcades%20For%20Sale/WeeCade/IMAG0764_zpsebfbb7dd.jpg.html)

That's what happens when I buy 2x the material to build a weecade.  I used some of the scraps for dart projects, too.

You didn't score it enough.  You need to score it at least 1/3 of the way through.  Usually for my plexi, I score it about 15 times.

Yeah, 12" CCFL.  It's 12V (you can run it off the PC or from your power supply) and it's damn cheep.  They come in several colors, too.  Mine's been running for over 2 years.

I found that my marquee bled really bad with the white under-counter florescent,

so I tried these:

If you want something a bit more sturdy, look for shaft extenders (cue the adolescent jokes  :lol) or a shaft coupler (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BKNNLJ8/) and 1/4" steel rod -- most volume knobs use 1/4" shaft.

The "boo ball" looks great.

What are you using for sealer so the oils/sweat don't rub the ink off of it?

Getting ready buttons layout..... I think looks good . Gonna end using paddle bits  $19.99 for set of 10. Home Depot didn't want to ship Forstners bits "pick up oly" weird they ship a router but not a bit set. Also in my local  hardware store those bits run from $13 and up ea  :dizzy:
