Title: can't reply to messages

I received a message and can't see away to respond...  Is my profile limited?  Is this normal?  When I tried to click on the senders profile I got an error that states "You are not allowed to access this section"

^This -- IIRC it's 5 or 6 posts before you can use the PM system ( Saint set it this way to curb the spam bots making accounts and sending PMs to everyone on the forum )
