Title: Control panel button placement?

I remember reading a few posts in which people gave their recommendations on:

* Space between joystick and buttons
* Space between buttons horizontally
* Space between buttons vertically (between rows)

I can't seem to find any of those posts using search so I'm wondering if someone has the appropriate values?

I plan to use 1.5 inches between centers, for the buttons, both horizontally and vertically.  This is pretty comfortable, but I have small hands also.

For the joystick to first button, I am using 3 inches center to center, but this is kinda arbitrary and much less critical.

I think someone posted the authentic Street Fighter setup, somewhere.
