can you make that version available minwah? I have the same problem.

dreamfreak: email sent - let me know if it works (btw when you say 'autostart' I take it you mean the Startup folder?)
Frosty: Yes I should've made a download-able version by now, but PM me your email - I am using very nearly all my time cab building atm...

Hi,
I have a similar (maybe not related problem).
I have XP set up to autologin. And Mamewah to autostart.
If any key is pressed during the XP startup process. Mamewah will start but it will not be the active process. have to ctrl tab, to make the active process.
If leave XP alone (don't touch any key or control) Mamewah starts up as expected.

Not sure if that is normal (?) Does it do the same if you start a program other than MAMEWAH?

I'm having some similar issues, but it happens when I return from a game. I'm using no name mame, so that could be the problem. I'll also have to try turning off the show dos box. More to come when I get more info. =)

I don't think I have noticed this on other programs. (but this is a dedicated machine so mamewah is pretty much the only thing running). At first I thought it could be some other application (virus scan/etc) that was also in the startup that was causing the problem. But I removed everything and still have the problem.

Does it run OK if you don't have it in your startup? And is it in your Startup folder or are you running as shell?
