so far so good. I like your project. While I personally don't agree with the price tag you set to your last project, If there is a market and a buyer for them at that price, I don't see the problem.

I wouldn't worry too much about the haters. Keep doing what you do.

Thank you, some folks think they know better or assume things....the mini cab is going to someone in Georgia, got a call from him and wants it, again I take pride in my projects and certainly put time and $ into them, as long as someone enjoys it as much as I did I will be fine with that, a lot of folks here made some stupid assumptions and comments but at the end I dont really care about that....I dont do this for a living, it's just a hobby on my personal free time.

good start   :applaud:

too much of a bend on the cp, the front part bend in too much in relation to the sides.

on the micro? it's about 1/4 below the edges, i aim to make it flush with the top after plexiglass goes in, the CP will also have a hinge system along with magnets to lock into place...makes it easier to service if necessary

I had a bunch of dead hard drives laying around and scavenged the magnets out of them.  Used one of em in my bartop project as a CP latch.  Large, strong, rare earth magnets for free.  Works like a charm!

ok maybe with the plexi in place it won't be so evident....

the line should be the same distance all the way down.  measure for the side edge to the front of the cp right at the bend, the measure from side edge to the bottom edge of your CP, is it the same distance?

it hasnt been mounted just yet, i fitted it in like that as a prelim look, i got a long way to go prior to bolting it on there and adjusting right, each side will have less than 1/8" space so it can flip up and down, the magnets trick and rest pad works good, I wish I had some dead hard drives but unfortunately had to buy the mgnets from lowes...cheap at $2 and they're made for heavy duty work for cabinet doors...always work like a charm

some progress

swapped location for the pcu iec plug so i can plug from inside, on outside there will be an iec with switch...this allows me to power the psu and the monitor at same time, was even thinking of a small surge protector inside the cab perhaps or just a dual splitter
