Title: Anyone have success in getting NBA Showtime playable in mame

I know with games like NFL Blitz if you throw enough processor at it a game will be playable. Has anyone had success with NBA Showtime? The Dreamcast port isn't close enough to the arcade version ... I'm building a new PC for my cabinet and this is a game I'd really like playable.
 
If it isn't playable in mame is there another emulator out there that plays this game?

its just not playable. Its not a power issue.

"NBA Showtime: NBA on NBC", GAME_NO_SOUND | GAME_NOT_WORKING | GAME_SUPPORTS_SAVE )

its on PC and n64 as well.
