Title: four person pacman?

Just got back from my local Frys Electronics store and they had one of these...

Didn't look like it was for sale, but available to play. I was in a hurry so I wasn't able to plunk some quarters in it.
It was located by the gumball and sticker machines.

Any idea about it?
Emulated in Mame?

Too new to be emulated.

Supposed to be coming out this year on Steam as part of a collection.
