Title: One hour wait time is bogus

Saint, a lot of users here deserve to be upped more than once an hour.  I've got a lot of love to give.  Can you please remove this horrid wait time?  Chance should be at like 40 already and frankly this wait time is just pissing on the wheels of progress.  Kaithanksbai!
