Title: front end question

It's been forever since I've messed with front ends. I used to use gamelauncher but the problem is that when you have 8,000+ games  it takes foreverrrrr to get through the list...

so I need a frontend that isn't painfully slow to get around in if you want a game in the middle of your list...and I'd prefer it to be able to mark favorites, or eliminate games in some way so I can eliminate all the mahjongs and other crap I don't want.
