Title: epsxe 1.9.0 Multi-track BIN game
Post by: EssexMame on January 12, 2014, 11:21:25 am
Hi
I have epsxe working for games that have 1 cue and 1 bin file - simply load the bin file and away it goes.

However for those with many tracks (Tomb Raider for example has 57) it will get to a certain point (Tomb Raider menu) but not later - I assume as it cannot find the later tracks. If I use the .cue file, it doesn't work either.

How do you work epsxe for games which have more than 1 bin file on the disk? Tools to create an iso image file appear to fail on the cue files for these games too (I can create an iso image for those with 1xcue and 1xbin file)

I had this exact issue with hyperspin the other day, I fixed the multi bin issue by having hyperspin run the game in Daemon Tools and mount it to a CD drive and pointed epsxe to the drive.  It mounts the CUE file and loads all multi bin games just fine.

Hi,

Can you tell me how you do that, exactly? I have daemon tools (Lite) but it didn't seem to like CUE files with multi BIN files. I'm Mala, not Hyperspin, but the principle should be the same I expect particularly with daemon tools. Can you mount in daemon automatically via Hyperspin?
