So I have a Dynamo HS-1 converting to a MAME
I am going to use a LCD 20 inch 4:3 monitor
My question is how far in should the monitor go? Against the plexiglass or more behind it?
I am thinking of buying an adjustable VESA mount for it than can go more forward/back and tilt and all that jazz (under $20), but I just would like to know a good distance
Thanks!

I mount flush to the glass as I can... I mark out where the screen is with masking tape and paint it with black paint.
then... you just turn it around and put the paint on the inside and boom!, instant bezel.

Hmm, ok
I will buy the arm mount so I can see where a good spot is. Just worried that it might be toooo close if flush against the plexiglass

Not sure how it could be too close. The larger the gap between the surface of the LCD and the glass/plexi the more likely I think it would be to get a reflected double image on the back of the plexi.

Ahh, that is true too
The control panel for the Dynamo HS-1 isnt that large, thats why i was thinking MAYBE too close
only one way to find out. At least the with the arm i can try different things. I believe the default with the arcade monitor isn't flush with it, but I forgot to take notice of it
