Just looking for a faceplate like attached in decent shape.
-
Mikes Arcade sell them.. plus many other parts.
www.mikesarcade.com (http://www.mikesarcade.com)

I have 2 (soon to be 4) complete coin mechs.
Are you interested still?
I'm not sure what to ask for them since I've never seen used ones for sale.
They're in EXCELLENT shape, with minimal wear, and they work perfectly.
I can take some pics if you're interested, and I am in PA.

Quite interested! pics would be great, no hurries, this is a project I've been chipping away at for over a year...
-
Sarver Systems, well since you have some extras, I might be interested in one.
Waiting on the pics.
-
Also interested.
-
OK, I'll post em up as a separate post, to keep things simple. I'm at work right now, but I should be able to post them later tonight.
I do have some pics of them on my Facebook (that is blocked at work), if you do a search for Brian Wieczorek, and look in my galleries for the "Donkey Kong Jr", you'll see em.
What is the going price on these? I don't want to rip you guys off, but I don't want to rip myself off either.
-
I see the whole coin mech new is $65 + shipping.
Does $25 + shipping sound fair?
I have 2 ready to go, but I'll have 2 more soon.
-
They're all cleaned up and ready to go, but you may want to give them a good polish.

I still have these. Are you still interested?
-
I can't see any of the pictures in this thread, and there is like 8 people with your name on the Facebook....
-
Yeah, I'll have to fix that. I thought it was just because I'm at work that I can't see them.
I'll fix that when I get home.
-
It'll be easier if you can post pics of them here
you know for those who are interested.

They're not nearly this dirty. I did clean them up, and they're nice and shiny now.
-
The lock is for sale too. There are 2 of them, keyed the same.
-
I just looked at your pic again. Mine have a lever to reject the coin, not a pushbutton. Hopefully that's OK.
Are my pics working now?
-
Pics have been permalinked.
-
Wow those are in really good shape.
Can't speak for KonkeyKong but I was looking for the other ones with the push button.
-
The other 2 I have...might possibly be the pushbutton style.
May I ask why there is a preference? Just curious.
-
Just trying to get the original look of a Fix It Felix cab.
-
OK, makes sense. I thought maybe 1 was better than the other.
When I get the other 2, I'll look and see which style they are.
I'll post them for sale as a new post.
-
Those mechs are indeed spiffy. What kinda steers me away is actually NOT the lever/push button, rather the coin return. The ones I remember had the "U" loop that caught the coin, or an actual shroud that stuck out the front. The loop is best for me as I have very limited dexterity in my fingers.
-
I've seen those, and I may be able to come up with some for you.
Let me see what I have laying around.
