Are there any cab friendly Incredible Hulk games, I really need a good hulk game for the kids!

The SNES/Genesis game is likely your best bet that I can think of. It's pretty arcadey. The SNES probably looks and sounds a little better but it uses 6 buttons in total. Some are only for special moves if you are powered up. The Genesis version only uses 3 buttons and the special moves are combinations of those buttons including stuff like "forward, forward, C".

There's a number of MAME fighting games such as
Marvel Super Heroes
Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter
Marvel vs. Capcom
Finally, you can always play a digital recreation of the old Hulk pinball game from the late 70's:

I like the genesis one u posted, I actually have the pinball machine! Thanks for sharing those, my son is obsessed with hulk, I want to build a 4 player machine, but I'm having a hard time deciding what theme to go with, I was thinking Incredible Hulk, but I need a game to base it off of

Yeah you've gotta understand, Hulk's popularity peaked when the tv show was on the air, which was way before the beat-em-up genre was established. He had a small resurgence when the Ang Lee film was released... so the genesis game is probably it.

What about the 2008 PC game "The Incredible HULK"?

I doubt you'd be able to play that on an arcade cabinet... that's why I didn't mention it.

Here is another that is cab friendly for the GBA:
