Welcome to the 3rd Annual BYOAC User Choice Awards Nomination Thread!
Following the wonderful response to last year's UCAs we are back to recognize the most innovative, well executed, original, and fun builds completed in 2013 across a broad range of categories. Feel free to nominate more than one project and don't feel obligated to nominate something for every category. Your participation is paramount to having another great event so let us know what knocked your socks off.
To increase longevity and ensure that the BYOAC UCA process remains above reproach a board has been selected to handle administrative matters. This year's board is again chaired by Yotsuya, DaOld Man, BobA, DrVenture, and Le Chuck who will use the UCA account to open UCA threads and post any administrative actions. UCA is a non voting entity.
The Rules:
- No user can win the same category two years running. Ms. America rules apply, you have to pass the tiara. That doesn't mean users can't nominate a project deserving of praise, they just shouldn't get bent out of shape when it doesn't make the final voting thread.
- To be eligible a project must have been completed between 01 JAN 2013 and before 31 DEC 2013. If you're a horrible procrastinator when it comes to posting a finished project we understand. If you're a horrible procrastinator when it comes to actually finishing then there's always next year!
- Users are NOT allowed to nominate or second their OWN projects. Nominations should come from the community at large.
- Categories must have at least 3 valid seconded entries to remain categories. Those that don't will be awarded honorable mentions at the end of the nomination window.
- Categories with 6 or more entries may be split up into sub categories providing that the breakdown allows two complete new categories. For example: fullsize builds could be broken down into Uprights and Other or Uprights and Cocktails depending on what has been nominated. This is not mandatory and will be based on the consensus of the board.
- Any board member recommended and seconded for a category will recuse himself of having anything to do with that category.
- Rule #7...THERE IS NO RULE #7!
- Decisions on whether or not something is a valid entry (fuzzy dates, versions, completeness) will be made by the consensus of the board and once published are not subject to a flame war.
- Voting will be conducted in the same automated manner as last year, board members can vote, and their role is purely administrative.
To nominate please reply with this format:
Category: Name of Build or Project: Link
<optional description of why nominated for that category>
Any project nominated twice (by different users ;)) will make it to the voting threads which will open NLT 01 FEB 2014. That thread will close on 01 MARCH 2014 so make sure and scrub through this last year's builds then put up the links that you think progressed the hobby, just make sure whatever you're nominating was "complete" after 01 JAN 2013 and before 31 DEC 2013.
Here's a list of this year's categories and a brief definition:
Fullsize cabs - Uprights, cockpits, V-Pins, Racers, and showcase cabs that demonstrate outstanding theme, style, balance, and execution.
Small cabs and non standards - Bartops, Cocktails, Minis, Micros, and cabs more easily defined by what they aren't, cab in furniture, cab disguised as something else that demonstrate outstanding theme, style, balance, and execution.
Hardware - custom built or modified controls, lighting, products, or other physical cab elements that are new or improved this past year and advanced the hobby.
Software - this can be a piece of code or specialty tool user written or created this past year that created or improved emulation capability or generally increased software flexibility to include software hacks.
Forum Member Contribution - a member who goes above and beyond to provide users with new information, serve up helpful links, and otherwise brighten our day.
Thanks for taking the time to nominate your favorite(s) and help us document the best projects of 2013!

I'll do more, but before I forget:
Small cabs and non standards -
rablack97's The Shrine (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,135686.msg1402497.html#msg1402497).
You guys know me, I ---smurfing--- HATE the Dallas Cowboys, but the craftsmanship on it is outstanding. Lines are sharp and crisp, artwork blends well, and this cabinet is one that I know made his client very happy. I predict this cab will be neck and neck for the lead, only to lose at the last minute when Tony Romo goes to cast his vote and instead votes for the wrong cabinet.
Nephasth's The Troubleshooter - Portable JAMMA Supergun (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,121731.msg1291487.html#msg1291487)
A very clean example of DIY craftsmanship. Everything about it shows the value of rolling your own.
NinjaSquirrel's Black Ops (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,101426.200.html) bartop
It just barely missed qualifying for the '12 Awards, but's it's done and ready and certainly worthy of a nomination in 2013. An excellent project that shows how you can think outside the box.
-
Software - Howard_Casto's Fix-It Felix Wrapper (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,135805.0.html)
An excellent bit of tinkering that made the original game actually playable on a MAME cab.
-
I nom...Griffindodd's Barrel of Kong in the Non-Standard: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,131202.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,131202.0.html)
-
Hardware - RandyT/GroovyGameGear.com's Pac-Pro Leaf-Switch stick (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,135873.msg1404787.html#msg1404787)
Having bought and played with this, and having used other options out there, I can say with certainty that this is one of my favorite innovations in recent times.

Forum Member Contribution - PL1
Even though he wrongly accused me of being PL2 , Scott is a very helpful guy. I actually think he's a robot or works at a call center, myself.
-
Full-Size Cab - TKW4rr10r's "Maria's Ms. Pac" (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,133934.msg1380158.html#msg1380158)
The best restore/mod I saw last year. The repainted colors pop, the LEDs are not overwhelming, and the custom artwork on the normally blank frontplate was a nice personalized touch. I said this back then, and it still holds true:
Very beautiful, very tasteful restoration. I like how you added personal touches without going over the top.
-
I'd like to nominate Ninjasquirrel's Black Ops Bartop (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,101426.0.html) for Small Cab. Best bartop I've seen. Ever. :applaud:
-
I'd like to nominate Ninjasquirrel's Black Ops Bartop (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,101426.0.html) for Small Cab. Best bartop I've seen. Ever. :applaud:
I just modified my initial post to nominate this, and see that you just nominated it, so consider this project as "Seconded" already and eligible for the voting thread.
-
You did see my nom right? Or should that go in the full size category?
-
You did see my nom right? Or should that go in the full size category?
No, it's definitely a Small or Other. However, it only has one vote. I'm sure it will get seconded, but until then, it only has one vote.
-
Ok, I just didn't see it in the "Nominated Projects that need confirmation" list... I must not have been looking good!
Edit... Also, Wasn't the Black Ops cab finished on Dec 26, 2012?
-
I actually think he's a robot or works at a call center, myself.
:laugh2: You're probably thinking about "Samantha West", the lying telemarketing robot (http://newsfeed.time.com/2013/12/10/meet-the-robot-telemarketer-who-denies-shes-a-robot/) that insists to the caller that she is human. :laugh2:
Omaha is a big telemarketing town -- many friends have worked in that industry, but not me.
Fodor's Fun Fact: One of the best known telemarketers in Omaha is West Telemarketing . . . . Hmm. . . ;D
Thanks for the nomination, PL2. >:D :duckhunt

Edit... Also, Wasn't the Black Ops cab finished on Dec 26, 2012?
I was looking at that too, but there is a post dated Jan 5/2013 where it's claimed to be still in progress. Even after the post on the 26th. As I've said before, I'm not a lawyer (or a doctor) but just going by the pictures and the progress after the fact I'd say it makes the cut for 2013. Barely.
-
RE: Black Ops, this was discussed last time around. He said on 1/1 he wasn't completely finished. Rules is rules. He's eligible now.
This post clarifies things:
http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,101426.msg1324322.html#msg1324322 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,101426.msg1324322.html#msg1324322)
That's why there were TWO reminder posts made prior to the midnight Dec 31 cut-off for the '13 Awards.

Can we un-nominate? >:D
-
Actually Scott, I was doing some thinking on this and I don't think our nominations for you even count. Haven't you won this award before?
...so I guess we need to find the second most helpful person then :-\
-
Ahem...
4.Categories must have at least 3 valid seconded entries to remain categories. Those that don't will be awarded honorable mentions at the end of the nomination window.
Last year there were only two valid seconded entries in this category, so this one wasn't awarded last year. Scott was an honorable mention.
Quit posting thoughts and nominate stuff, man!

This non standard one will be tough to beat - I tip my hat to quizz_kid and his K-Raid-Revelation:

Well fine then, maybe I just will...
Fullsize cabs Magneto (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,119175.0.html) by edekoning
A very well built and refined cab. Nothing overall incredibly fancy and earth shatteringly crazy with the design, but that's the point. This cab is a culmination of a ton of the BYOAC "best practices". From the use of the vinyl wrap, to the tinted glass, the power plug, a CP that doesn't over do it, colour/theme, this checks all the boxes for me and it's what you'd expect to see when your buddy says: "I built an arcade! you should come see it". It's a modern realization that pays homage to the classic standards. All this and it gets away with mirrored artwork on one side!
Bartop R-Kaid-Revelation (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,132881.0.html) By quizz_kid
This one goes without saying. Just every part of this build was next level and outside the box. Yes, it's one thing that he has access to a brilliant shop, but HE KNOWS HOW TO USE IT!! The problem solving, the outcome of the planning that so closely resembles the finished product. All around for many reasons I nominate this build.
Micro/Non-Standard Micro Galaga DS (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,132902.0.html) By Louis Tully
Using a DS to make a micro version of a classic? Impossible. Making it have a realistic looking coin door and buttons? Impossible. Building a realistic joystick from a bit of body jewelry? Impossible. Not knowing there was a sticker maker ALREADY IN THE HOUSE?!?! ...improbable, (ok, sometimes our family members just buy random sh*t, and we're too deep in our own world to notice. It's a fact). All these impossible things were done and done well by this build. Now he just has to make sure someone doesn't mistake this sweet build for an oversized black jelly bean and choke on the damn thing.
Forum Contributor. PL1, Scott.
Because by now I would have: electrocuted myself (thrice), pulled out my hair (twice), and wasted more money on my build then I already have. I just spent the last hour going through my build thread. Scott has played a principal role in getting me where I'm at today. Granted there have been a couple other extremely helpful members that have made amazing contributions to my build (Neph, I'm looking at you). But when I look at how much time Scott must spend reading every thread created here and then being helpful on them all I can't help but think to nominate him.
...oh and it's late and I have a meeting in the morning so edit your own damn spelling as you read. ;D ;D ("Colour" is spelt with a "u").

....so many cabs that I was hoping would be finished this year so I could nominate them....but they weren't. :lol
Fullsize cabs - Not sure if cabarets belong here or under small cabs, but RockyRocket's Gran Trak 2010 - http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,133163.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,133163.0.html)
For it's fit, finish, and non-conventional things that just look right. A polished coin door with racing stripes...who does that?
Hardware - Aganyte's Gun2Naomi - http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,132218.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,132218.0.html)
BYO IR Gun for use with Sega Naomi or PC.
His ability to interface with original arcade equipment blows my mind.
Software - MAWLER by ids - http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136193.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136193.0.html)
MAWS was a fantastic resource and was sorely missed when taken down. No rom information aggregator after that has come close to the functionality and flexibility of MAWS. That is until ids recreated it in java, then proceeded to exceed the functionality of the original. This app makes it possible to quickly create a list or find information based on any metadata.
-
I guess nobody is into seconding any of the nominations? :dunno
I'd like to second this one:
Full-Size Cab - TKW4rr10r's "Maria's Ms. Pac" (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,133934.msg1380158.html#msg1380158)
And this one too:
Micro/Non-Standard Micro Galaga DS (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,132902.0.html) By Louis Tully
Also, WTF?
Nominated Projects that need confirmation...
Small Cab: ... Nephasth's The Beast ...
It is neither small nor eligible.

Fullsize cabs - Not sure if cabarets belong here or under small cabs, but RockyRocket's Gran Trak 2010 -
Caberets have traditionally fallen under small cabs. However, I could see this catergory being split into a few different ones at this rate. Thanks for nominating!
-
Fullsize Cab: edekoning's Magneto, jongunz's StarFighter
Small Cab: Superfrog's Popeye CRT Nintendo Bartop
Hardware: Ultimarc's U360
Software: Howard_Casto's Fix-It Felix Wrapper, Sjaak's Fix-It Felix, Jr. Replica
-
Hardware: Ultimarc's U360
This product came out well before 2013 and is therefore not eligible. Thanks for the other nominations.

You forgot to add Sjaak's Fix-It Felix, Jr. Replica to the software projects to be confirmed...
Nothing was forgotten. There is some discussion going on about that project and it's eligibility.
Note from above: Decisions on whether or not something is a valid entry (fuzzy dates, versions, completeness) will be made by the consensus of the board and once published are not subject to a flame war.

Superfrog's Popeye was my fav build this year. I'll filter through my files for my noms later but win lose or draw Superfrog hit it out of the park.

-
There is. Relax, it should resolved soon.
BTW, EMDB, if you are also nominating Sjaak's actual FIFJr cabinet, you should nominate that in the appropriate category. Thanks.

Dec 15, 2013:
I have sent the final PCB files out and should hopefully be getting the new boards sometime in January! In the mean time I will be working heavily on the firmware and drivers. The colour of the board has been chosen and it will be BLACK! Here is a rendering of the final product with screw terminals (click image for full screen view).

Good call, Scott. The KADE is definitely eligible for this year, having shipped in March.

Ah ok, so the item has to be shipped out....gotcha....
I wasn't sure on kickstarter protocol.......Thanks Scott.

I believe it, compared to some of the work of arts in this forum man, i totally believe it.....
Oh by the way i purposefully wired your harness incorrectly...... >:D
-
I think he meant the link style and not the crapmame nom but I could be wrong. That gives me an idea anway...... >:D

Hardware: I second the Kade nomination!
Great little device, currently working out how to integrate with the control scheme of the Shmup cab I'm planning.

My apologies, I'm cramping, and a little sensitive today :dunno
-
Mmm, theres a pill for that.
-
There is. Relax, it should resolved soon.
BTW, EMDB, if you are also nominating Sjaak's actual FIFJr cabinet, you should nominate that in the appropriate category. Thanks.
So to be clear: I nominate Sjaak's Fix It Felix Jr implementation of the game for the software category and his Fix it Felix Jr cabinet to the full cab category.
Software: Sjaak's Fix It Felix Jr game implementation.
FixItFelixJr 2013 12 21 18 34 41 43 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0dC8dfwwQL0#)
The game not being publically available should not be an issue. Every single cab is not publically available >:D
Fullsize cab: Sjaak's Fix It Felix Jr cabinet.

I second HaRuMaN's Bartops.
Very fine work the man does and he should be recognized for it.

I've discussed this with the UCA board and we decided that the best thing to do is to allow the whole Fix It Felix Jr. project (cabinet including software) to be nominated in the full size category. We also decided that the software alone cannot be nominated in the software category.
So please no more discussion about the topic in this thread.
-
Censorship, I love it. :P
-
Healthy discussion is never bad discussion.
I second Sjaak's FiFJr Replica for the fullsize category.
This isn't an issue of "sjaak made a game but there's no download link waah!" it's that sjaak's game doesn't really fit the bill of what the software category is all about. Just like his Pac Man Battle Royale it was built for a specific build and we think it should be judged within that build since it isn't a stand alone item. He's got stiff competition this year for sure, he ran away with the cocktail win last year, the only question is...
can He DO IT AGAIN?? (cue montage music)
-
Someone beat me to it, but Louis Tulleys Tiny Galaga rocks.
-

I'm pretty sure if Banana Royale was completed, it'd win software for sure.

Maybe a "home brew game" category? Would need enough competition tho. I really liked that one alien shooter that guy made this year.
-
That's the thing, though. (If it were finished) You'd have to put it somewhere in an existing category, and software would have to be it until there were enough other similar projects to create a new category. Hell, look at the small size category so far (I'm sure it'll get broken up, but...) there is a wide range of types of projects represented in that category so far. Speaking of... Pinball Unleashed is thrown in the small size, yet v-pins are defined as full size.

Good eye, Neph. Fixed.

Which one of you clowns is using the UCA account?
You guys have created so many categories and rules that everyone can win.
Konkey Dong finally got a control panel in 2013. I didn't bother posting it. :P
-
I nominate KADE. :applaud:

You can't bail, nuke all your posts, come back, and ---smurfette--- about how ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- is ran around here. UCA rule #67-3829.3.

It was his IP so he has to right to nuke his old posts. It was funny though.
Something I wouldn't mind doing myself.
While I have you on the line, how about we nominate your R2D2?

I nominate pbj's Chair repair project. (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,135366)
Not sure what it would fall under, hmmm

That chair repair is actually holding up quite well.

I'd like to nominate Ond for the Forum Contribution category for his Metropolis (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,118612.0.html) tutorial.
Forgot to mention it earlier, but Felsir is currently wikifying Ond's thread here (http://newwiki.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?title=Build_an_OND_designed_cab_Metropolis) for anyone wanting to see the tutorial in a distilled form without all the usual thread banter.

I'd like to second rablack97's The Shrine.

Hardware - He's done some cool things this year!!
Haruman's custom bartop's (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,130522.0.html)
My vote also for Hardware, Haruman really has done very cool things this year. ;D
Fullsize cab: Maximus's Paperboy. That is just plain Amazing.
Small cab & non standards: Superfrog's Popeye CRT Nintendo Bartop. That is a Beauty!!! top notch work. :applaud:

Software - MAWLER by ids - http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136193.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136193.0.html)
MAWS was a fantastic resource and was sorely missed when taken down. No rom information aggregator after that has come close to the functionality and flexibility of MAWS. That is until ids recreated it in java, then proceeded to exceed the functionality of the original. This app makes it possible to quickly create a list or find information based on any metadata.
I second this nomination. MAWLER thread did not get stickied for nothing.
-
For me my first choice was always going to be quiz_kids build, so I hereby 3rd 4th or 5th that one :applaud: .
Secondly sjaaks fixit felix is just so clean so I also give a redundant second to that one.
Thirdly what can I say it has to be black ops - what a build!, but then there is howards fix it wrapper so a nomination goes to that one to.
Lets face it really there are not any that do not get my vote :applaud: .
-
Small cab and non-standards: I'll second Maximus' 1943 Tiny Pilot (the custom artwork alone is worth the nomination).
Forum contributor: Since PL1 (Scott) is already confirmed, let me also nominate Maximus/Griffindodd for all of his (82?) build threads. Very thorough, inventive, always entertaining.
I've learned so much in the last year from reading through all the information on this site. Thanks again to all contributors, big and small.

Thanks for nominating me guys -> so cool :applaud:
Small cabs and non standards: Mungo9000's Mini Mortal Kombat - 20th Anniversary:http://http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,119091.0.html (http://http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,119091.0.html)
I really like this micro build, it looks fantastic, and even has miniature t-molding.

Small - Non Standard
Maximus's Lil. Ms. Pacman (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,128666.0.html)

No joystick trackball or spinner.... I think it should have its own category!
-
Deathdealer's juke nomination was accepted in this category.
I don't think we need a juke category as these are far few and in between. However, this deserves a nomination for something, awesome scratch build.
-
Thanks for the nomination fellas, it's nice to get a nod for the Metropolis project. Scott (PL1) is far more deserving of the award though IMO, I drop in and out of the forum now and then with a few things but he is a constant on BYOAC always ready with an answer or some research. So damn helpful (some don't deserve it at all) makes me sick ;).
UCAs bah, humbug! :badmood: :lol

Anything else you'd like to nominate, Rodney? >:D

I'm going to nominate this son of a ---smurfette--- because he deserves it:
RABLACK97's TBall PS2/USB Encoders - Works with Spinners Too! (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,131695.0.html)
This items doesn't have a flashy name, but it ---smurfing--- WORKS. It's cheap, and Rodney provides excellent support. I told him it needs a snazzy name to get more people quite chuffed about it. It may not win a UCA, but hopefully this post gives it some much needed recognition more than anything. I've bought two (one for a original Tempest spinner, the other for a Centipede trackball) and wouldn't hesitate to buy another. He also throws in a cable and harness for one low price.

Call it how you see it.......

Cheap ass trackball ecoder, works for me :afro:

Does that encoder PCB work with an Xbox?
-
Original, yep...plugs into port 3 or 4, and you have a working t-ball in coinops and vision....
-
With a Happs ball? Nice work. I could only get Betson balls to work with mouse hacks on an Xbox.
Give the man an award already.

Amen. Is that a "seconding" nomination I hear?

Okay, but no more nominations until the UCA identity is revealed.

Yeah, all of my refurbs are Happs, its all i've ever tested with.
It also depends on when you tried, there's been alot of improvements to the init code. It plays really well.
-
Okay, but no more nominations until the UCA identity is revealed.
This should help you narrow it down, Sherlock-
From the first post:
This year's board is again chaired by Yotsuya, DaOld Man, BobA, DrVenture, and Le Chuck who will use the UCA account to open UCA threads and post any administrative actions.

Morning, folks!
Due to the large number of voting-eligible projects in the Small and Non-Standard category, the UCA board has decided to spin Bartops off into it's own category. It's clear that 2013 was the year of the non-standard, and so we want to make sure that we recognize that innovation accordingly.
The main post and the update post have been fixed to reflect this change. As it stands, this is how that category was broken down:
Voting Eligible Projects:
Small Cabs and Non-Standards: Louis Tully's Micro Galaga DS, RockyRocket's Gran Trak 2010, rablack97's The Shrine, Maximus's 1943 Tiny Pilot, GriffinDodd's Barrel of Kong
Bartops: NinjaSquirrel's Black Ops, Superfrog's Popeye CRT Nintendo Bartop, Florinske's evo XR cade, quizz_kid's R-Kaid-Revelation
Thanks for all the nominations. Remember, you have until the end of the month. Check out the ones already nominated as well as the ones needing to be seconded.
Have a great day!

Hooray! More categories for more winners!

Only one winner per category, Corky. 6 categories total. So 6 total winners, 6 BB guns getting shot.
Should I do that over again, only slower?

Fullsize Cab: TKW4rr10r's Maria's Ms. Pac
Say Whaaaaaat? :o
Wow, thanks guys!!! There's been so much awesomeness I've seen this past year it's an honor to just be nominated. I've only been here for less then a year and you guys have been incredible in helping me out in my endeavors and welcoming what little input I have. As soon as I figure out this work/ personal life/ only 24 hrs in a day thing I'll have more to show in 2014. Much more...

Cat Britta.... Mmmmmm.........
I loved the work you did restoring that, keeping it original, freshening up the paint on the insides, and adding a personal touch. The machine looks really clean, and ventures nowhere near gaudiness. I nominated it for those reasons, and I'm glad it was quickly seconded. I'd love to see more pure restores like this in 2014.
-
HALFWAY-THROUGH-THE-MONTH :bump
Remember, actual voting begins on 1 FEB 2014.
-
Termin8tors arkanoid needs seconded? Thats my all time fave bartop, narrowly passing Lew's Galaga.
Neph's troubleshooter also gets my seconding.
If Haruman wins hardware I get an award too. I knew checkered past wouldnt get nominated, stand up racing cabs are frowned upon.
-
Hi, guys- just a reminder that the nomination period ends a week from today! Keep an eye out for the voting thread!
-
Fizzle... Pfft...
-
Fizzle... Pfft...
It does this every year, people nom early and people vote early. We could run the whole thing in two weeks but I'd hate to keep somebody from participating who isn't a weekly user but is interested.
-

Well at least one standup racer got nominated: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,133163 (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,133163)

yeap and he should win something for best paint job at least.
-
yeah that paint job is amazing
-
I still think this thread would get more views if it weren't stickied, but bumped often enough to stay on the first page.
-
I'm boycotting because I'm pissed my latest cab got no Nom. Getting ready to go all PBJ on this joint.
/just kidding, really don't care. I'll get off my duff and do some voting. Some really nice work this year, and no Ond astro to sweep all the categories.
-
Is there still time to nominate yet today?
I suggest this be unstickied during nominations in the future. I honestly forget to check the thread and with Tap-a-talk not working I sometimes miss new postings.
-
Till midnight

As long as the cab was finished before January 1 and you nominate (or second something) by midnight.

Apologies for being late to the party...
Small Cabs and Non-Standards: ChopperTheDog's Multi-Williams. I hope to copy this one in the upcoming year.

Fullsize Cab: TopJimmyCooks, TopJimmySwings...
Not sure how this one got missed. The best showcase I've ever seen.
