I am looking to buy 3 buttons and/or bezels/cones from the Missile Command game.
I have searched and found that they are rare - sadly - but I'm hoping that someone has some to sell as I don't want to use something clunky like those square buttons I've seen on the net!

The easy part is finding the "volcano" cones.
ArcadeFixIt has NOS and repro versions here (http://arcadefixit.com/searchquick-submit.sc?keywords=CONE).
They also carry NOS fire buttons for missile command here (http://arcadefixit.com/product.sc?productId=513&categoryId=34).
The hard part is finding the illuminated volcano pushbuttons -- both of the ones listed on the Missile Command page here (http://arcadefixit.com/category.sc?categoryId=34) are back-ordered.
Rockyrocket chased down part numbers and a source for new substitute illuminated pushbuttons in this thread (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,129195.0.html), but they were still quite expensive.
This thread (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,134645.msg1389057.html#msg1389057) also has more sources/links.
Scott
EDIT: Updated/added last two paragraphs+links.

An update for anyone that might be interested...
I bought 3 short cones from ArcadeFixIt - can't beat the price ($7/ea and a reasonable shipping fee) - and they appear to be exact replicas of the originals, even made from the same anodized aluminum (black).
For the buttons, I decided that I didn't need lighted buttons as it appears they go for $25 or more EACH. Actually I found NON-lighted buttons selling for that as well. HOWEVER - luckily I came across atarigames.com - they sell a 3 pack of NOS buttons for $25 + a very nominal shipping fee! As I am using these for Missile Command fire buttons, having lighted buttons really isn't worth $75 or more!
NOTE - I have NOT received either of these products yet - I have placed both orders, but not received them yet.
I will update when I have received _and_ installed them and confirm that everything is as advertised - but I have no reason to doubt that will be the case thus far. I'm just thrilled to have found what I needed to round out my multi-game controller so I wanted to share the info!

I've bought the cones from ArcadeFixIt many times in the past. They are excellent quality.

Expect anything you buy from Stephen/Arcadefixit to be the best of the best. He has forgotten more about miscellaneous parts than I'll ever learn and he always replies promptly and packs well. If you're going to place a large order with him, don't be afraid to send him a message and ask for a small discount. Also, just because something is sold out on his site doesn't mean he doesn't have any. Send him a message and he'll let you know if he has the item or can find it.
And no, he's not paying me for the endorsement :P

Thanks for the replies!!! I am new to the arcade DIY world, and like so many other endeavors much of the initial hurdle is finding good, quality, fair-minded vendors to purchase from! I am thrilled to have found this forum and I am finding boat-loads of useful and informative posts. So as a new user - THANK YOU!
PS: I'll add that it is absolutely heartwarming to hear about a vendor that is so great to deal with that it warrants such a glowing recommendation such as the above! Well done Sir, I look forward to rekindling my passion for Missile Command thanks to you and will be sure to provide the same feedback myself!
