I am trying to fix a Electrohome G07-CBO from a Defender that was working before I did a cap kit. I installed the cap 511 reversed and popped the F901. I looked at the original cap and it was marked positive down the side. I fixed the cap and replaced F901 and I got a single pixel blue line across the center of the screen. From everything I have found I have vertical issues. I replaced X401 and X402 with new D1138 transistors. I then installed a new flyback and HOT. I still have the same blue line. I checked the B+ and it is running at 120 volts. I ordered a new HA11244 IC and installed it this morning and then I no longer had high voltage and my B+ jumped to 167 volts and I could not adjust it from the B+ pot. I installed the old HA11244 and the high voltage is back with the blue line. I installed another cap kit just in case something was wrong. I just powered it up without the input from the game and I still have a blue line.
I am open to suggestions on what to try or test.

Anyone know what size pots are used on a G07 and where I can order some?

go and check you soldering,check there are no broken tracks or solder bridges where there should not be
also check fr401 which should be a 68 ohm fusible resistor

I re-soldered all my solder joints and checked all the pots and they all have resistance. If I adjust any of the pots nothing changes except on the horizontal freq it just turns up and down the brightness like from the flyback adjustment.

yes i expect that would happen with the horizontal hold pot,a few of us here have been repairing coin op equipment for many years(since 86 myself) so we have a vast knowledge of problems.
Now it was working before you changed the caps so common sense says its something you have created so go and check circuit board tracks for damage i.e lifted pads plus check that fusible resistor i suggested
You would need a multimeter and magnifing lense to help with this process.

Check Fuseable Resistor FR401 (68 ohms). IC 501 may be bad (rare). Check all 400's

also check for crack in the chassis especially around the flyback.
when theses get changed the chassis cracks a trace or two and can cause your problems.
if you give up and need it repaired and live in the US you are welcome to sent it in foe repair.

I realize that the original post is VERY old but I felt that it was important to post this information...
I recently purchased this chassis and have fixed it. I found the vertical side of the HA11244 did not have the correct voltages especially the VSS on pin 6 and had no vertical drive output. Probing the 12 volt section of the chassis, it was only about 3 volts. I isolated the circuit by removing jumper W430 which left voltage to the IC but removed it from the RGBS input preamp section (100's). Once I did that, I have the correct voltage at the IC and now had vertical defelction. Checking in the 100's section, I found transistor X106 shorted (C-E) and D103 shorted. Once the bad components were replaced and W430 reinstalled, I now have a great picture...
