United airlines is giving 10 million miles to a charity that receives the most votes.
I have spent the last 5 months working at Shriner's and I can not say enough about how much they do for children. These miles are used to fly kids from places of absolute poverty to a hospital that can provide them the care they need. Please take the time to vote.

voted for shriners on your behalf. I would have VOted for Child's play charity, but they arent listed and I dont think they could use the miles :p
-
My wife had to have surgery as a child and Shriner's did it for free, voting now...
-
Ditto. A kid at my son's daycare was eaten by a vacuum (not at the daycare) and Shriners stepped up to the plate for the care.
Note. It looks like you can vote at least once a day until the 31st.

Thanks for all the votes! You can vote every day.
The kids here are from all over the Pacific Rim. The miles are what Shriners uses to transport these kids to the care they need.

Friday morning bump. Don't forget to vote.

Voted again. Glad to see Shriners on top! :applaud:

Lots of great charities on that page. I voted for Shriners as well, they are in the lead. They fixed my sons cleft lip when he was a baby, for free (would have never been able to afford otherwise).
Some of the best doctors in the world. We are very grateful to this day...here he is more recently.. This guy:

:) Wow. You got a very talented kid there, DK. :applaud:
I just got back from St. Paul Children's hospital. A girl about 12 came in voluntarily because today is her birthday. She had spent her birthday money on about 50 of those foil, shaped balloons to give to the kids staying at the hospital. Anybody who give to kids in the hospital, whatever it is they can do, is a hero in my book.

Weird cult but can't deny the good they do.

Monday morning bump.
Don't forget to vote again.

Thanks for all the support guys! Some of the people from Shriner's have looked at the thread and are so thankful for all the kind words and support.

Done, voted for Shriners. :D
The one in Cincinnati. OH always did a lot, as all of them do. They have the burn unit there from American Burn Association. Amazing work they do.

Hump day Bump. Vote every day guys!
Airfare is a huge expense for these hospitals. To bring kids in from remote areas where there is not hospital support to do the procedures they need is a key part to delivering care.

Voted again for Shriners. :D

Been trying to vote every day.
Better keep it up. Rotary is a close second.
