Title: Compatibility of neo geo overclock and unlicensed with groovymame

Hi, I just discovered the neo geo overclock mode and the unlicensed one on systempixel and I'm wondering if I can compile groovymame with them or is it not compatible?

hi incase you didnt know you can already overclock the neo geo games (and all other games) in groovymame if you wish
just enable cheats, then in mame config menu, go into slider controls menu
overclock cpu to eg. 200% (option is only present if cheats are enabled)
