Title: Jukebox Software to Emulate This?
Post by: Binkles on December 01, 2013, 03:42:20 am
I like this design, I remember it from when I went to the pubs.

Question, is there any software that could emulate that?  So that you press a button and they flip?  (Virtually of course)

Was thinking I could build something like this, and put a decent size TV in there for the emulated part - could also then double as a video player as well.

But would be dependant on the software - stupid I know but the animation of them flipping would set this off really nicely.

I used SK jukebox on my build.  Its not exact but it's similar.  You set the paging animations and can even have it make a paging sound if you wanted.  Going with the old CD Jukebox style it's best controlled with buttons rather than touchscreen.  I know SK Jukebox is really old but if you patch it to the final version and there is a small fix for a song skipping bug then you will have a very fast, reliable jukebox.
