Hi!
Working on adding a coin acceptor to my mame cabinet. I manage to make a circuit that triggers a relay when a coin is dropped. Only problem is this coin acceptor i got of a vending machine give a 10ms pulse. This it to short for eiter the i-pac or the relay. If i coud reprogram the CA to give a longer pulse it woud work. Any ideas? I think its a seci RM4 acceptor.

The time is programmable but you will need the program and the serial adaptor.
Here's the manual

I made the circuit looking at the attached schematic. What if i remove everything and just connect ground on i-pac and CS together, an pin 9 on the CS to coin 1 on the i-pac? new schematic also attached. ;)
Edit: Tried this out and it works, but still to fast for the ipac. A coin that gives 10 pulses only gives 2 credits. But its close enougt for me to start fitting the coin door and acceptor.
