You have 4 wires.  RGB and power.

As per GGG

Wiring the NOVA-TB™ RGB lighting module:

There are 4 wires connected to the lighting module. Each are labeled with their function. If you own an LED-Wiz™, the color control lines would be connected to 3 outputs of your choosing. Otherwise, to hard wire a specific color, just attach the desired colors control line to ground and connect the power line to a regulated +5VDC source. This can be done in any combination you desire to achieve one of 7 colors, or small resistors or potentiometers can be added in series to create any color desired. For full color and dynamic control, use 3 outputs on an LED-Wiz™.

In your case 3 outputs of the Pac LED 64 should be used.

One thing to keep in mind is that your lighting controller is not capable of supplying the current to match the capabilities of the NOVA-TB lighting module.  It will light, but at a much reduced output.  To get the full range of brightness and colors, an LED-Wiz is needed.

Looks like the PACLED-64 pumps out 20mA constant Ultimarc (http://www.ultimarc.com/pacled64.html).  Where the LED-WIZ can put out 500mA. GGG (http://groovygamegear.com/webstore/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=239)

There is even a warning on the bottom of the page about the NOVA-TB and low output controllers (I was surprised to find it so easily honestly)

Quote
Translucent Color Balls w/ Nova-TB High Output LED Lighting. Simply the best translucent trackballs available, with the exact size and weight of the original white balls, and internal diffusion for superior lighting. Note: Due to the high output of this type of LED-lighting, it is not compatible with low "constant current" type LED controllers. It does, however, work perfectly with our LED-Wiz™ controller for dynamic lighting effects and control.
