Title: K7000 "Flashing" in MAME

So when the screen image changes dramatically my k7000 starts flash/to vertically skip, almost like when the screen flashes in a lightgun game mixed with vert hold being off but it lasts just a split second maybe 3/10.  what causes this problem?

I figured this out, my V-Hold was close but not perfect, with some tweaking I have completely eliminated the flash.
