Title: Any source for black plastic monitor bezels other than Suzohapp?
Post by: kiwasabi on October 23, 2013, 07:13:16 pm
Suzohapp sells some really nice black plastic monitor bezels but I'm not sure they have one that will work for me. I've got a 24" widescreen LCD monitor. The closest I've found is this one which is for a 26" widescreen monitor, but it doesn't offer much coverage on the top and bottom (I'd have to build it out with some black matte board or something).

Not seeing many sources for these. This one looks like my best option:

Build your own. The molded bezels only work right if you have the exact size of open frame monitor that they are expecting you to have. If you have anything else then it won't match up.

Yeah, the 26" one from Suzohapp would have an extra 1/2" on each side so I'd have to cover up the monitor bezel with poster board. I just figured this would be easier than building a 3-dimensional box out of poster board like I did last time where it was held together by tape and didn't quite fit right.
