Title: Mala and mame emulator ?

Hello,

I'm trying to setup my mame software.

on window 7, I was using mala and mame 0.150b.exe from the mamedev.org web site.

game was running slow.

i decided to format HD and install window xp. then install mala and mame0.150b.exe....not able to make mame running???

i installed and desasintalled several time with no sucess

then I try mame32 alone to see if at less window xp was able to run it and yes.

so my question: with male, could we use an other mame emulator OR we need to use the mame0.150.exe&? I try to use mala and mess but look that it don't work.


PC configuration:
window xp
128 geforce ti4200 video card
512 ram
2.26 cpu.

I think this computer is very old to that version of mame.
Try with am old version of mame.

Any version of MAME will work with Mala.

I'm guessing that the MAME32 you were using was old and TinyXP is probably missing runtimes or video drivers needed for newer version of MAME.

I'd start by updating video drivers.

I don't know which runtimes MAME is dependent on but a lot of other emulators use these:
