chiles rellenos

6 cups of rice
2# chorizo
12 small bell peppers
grated cheddar on top

clean and split peppers.
cook rice, cook chorizo, mix.
stuff them peppers and in the oven 45 min @ 350.

they taste delicious while playing MS PACMAN with speed up hack.
