Title: Groovymame and compiling for nag/hiscores
Post by: Tzakiel on October 08, 2013, 02:17:43 pm
Is it possible to implement a no-nag / hiscore such as this: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,64298.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,64298.0.html)

But use groovymame?  Sorry I am a bit new to both groovymame and compiling. I have groovymame set up and working with real RBG native resolutions and love it, but also would like to get rid of the nag screens and allow hi score saving.

The only got-cha from vanilla MAME is that the hiscore.dat has to be in the hi folder.

That's really cool. Not sure how to set up high scores yet but I assume I can find that searching around.
