Title: How Can I Upload My Own Avatar?

Okay, I know HOW to upload an avatar for my profile ... but every time I try, I get a rejection message.

Can anyone tell me what the required size dimensions are for an "acceptable" avatar ??

Try uploading it to an external site and using the link. That's what I did.  ;D
