I am converting my original Galaga 3 non Jamma wired cab to a Jamma 60-in-1. I purchased the pcb and harness. I verified that there is a 5v and 12v power supply. My question is, does anyone know of an adapter that I could plug in the existing Galaga 3 harness to convert to Jamma ?
Or do I have to re-wire the cab completely to plug into the new Jamma harness?
Thanks

This machine made JAMMA Adapter is designed to convert Galaga / Bosconian PCB signals to work correctly in a standard JAMMA arcade cabinet.
This Adapter will work with the following non-JAMMA PCB's:
* Galaga
* Galplus
* Galaga 3
* Bosconian

Thanks ! So the Jamma-to-Galaga cabinet adapter is the one ? The connector looks right.
I appreciate the help!

I believe so -- since you are wanting to go from a Jamma PCB (60 in 1) to the Galaga 3 cabinet -- The first one I linked is the opposite going from a galaga 3 PCB to a jamma cabinet so would be the wrong one as Yotsuya mentioned - but you may want to wait for verification !
Found a link that shows them available for $40 ( http://cambridgearcade.dyndns.org/?q=node/8 (http://cambridgearcade.dyndns.org/?q=node/8) ) but not sure how old the post is but worth checking.

Thanks, I think the board from Jammaboard.com matches the harness from my Cab as it has the 2 cut outs on the male side that are needed. The one from cambridge does not appear to have it unless I am missing it.
