I have the same problem with most neogeo-games with one of my computer. I use Arcadeos as frontend. I solved the problem in changing the depth in game configuration menue from "auto" to "8". Now every game works fine. I use Arcadeos under Win98 with an Ati-Graphiccard and Sound on board. The Sound of the AC97-build-in sound-chip is a littlebit jerky. I would prefer to run the machine under Dos, but there is no driver for Dos and the soundchip :-(
