I want to build and try both of Aganyte's force feedback interfaces, but I don't want to invest the time and money into learning how to make my own PCBs.

Is anyone here who is already set up for this stuff willing to make me a two of each?
If not, where can I get it done online? How much will going that route cost?
It would be nice to have a few extra so I could build boards for other people who are too intimidated to assemble them.
(I don't plan on charging any more than the cost)

I just glanced over it, but it does look very interesting. I'll keep an eye on this one.
The OP mentions going through etronics to have his boards. :dunno

I had gone to etronics.com and it looked to be a consumer electronics retail site.
Your post spurred me to search again. The correct site is http://www.etronics.ch/productdetails-69.html (http://www.etronics.ch/productdetails-69.html)
I'll bug Aganyte to see exactly what he ordered.
EDIT: Also found this place that gives online quotes. http://silvercircuits.com/pcb_prototype_quote.htm (http://silvercircuits.com/pcb_prototype_quote.htm)
It's a bit more than I want to spend at the moment since I'm not sure I'll actually end up using the interface.
(and I got outbid on the Daytona ffb setup I was looking at)
I'll probably end up getting the stuff to make them myself at some point.

If you can get the gerber files, I suggest looking at pcbfabexpress.com. I use them for all my prototyping PCBs for other projects.
http://oshpark.com/ (http://oshpark.com/) is a good one if you have ample time. It's cheaper but takes longer.

I had etronics make my L2M2 PCB for me. It was 17.23€ for the PCB and 3.50€ shipping to the UK. Shoot Dan an email at etronicsfr (@) gmail.com
Just be careful if using google translate or similar as it can mess up the values of some of the components. I would copy the list without using any translation.

In the USA, it's usually hard (but by no means impossible, depending on your needs) to beat the Advanced Circuits $33/ea deal on 2-layers, especially if you have multiple designs to pool together ($50 panel fee extra but then crank it all the way to 70 sq in). Minimum order is 4 + $10 handling = $142 for the lot, and the specs and quality are very good and consistent, and they ALWAYS ship them on time (often early). Their CAM guys are pretty thorough, too. Especially for a newcomer, they'll very often catch stuff that the cheaper services will totally gloss over and run "as is" in unusable condition. If you're a "student" (and they do have some verification), the minimum on the $33/ea deal is 1, which is almost impossible to beat even with the hobbyist services except for very small designs.
If you really do need it cheaper, you're probably going to be stuck with a hobbyist/batch service. The results vary and turn time is usually longer, but I've heard of people getting them down to about $15-25 total lot charge for a (small) board. http://oshpark.com/ (http://oshpark.com/) is about the best deal I know of with good specs. They're cheaper than the Advanced Circuits service for anything less than ~25-30 square inches (though you only get 3 boards), and you get ENIG and can have slots which Advanced Circuits doesn't allow on their $33/ea deal.
I recommend running your files through the Advanced Circuits freedfm.com regardless. They catch all sorts of things in that (mostly automated) check, even a few things my ECAD package misses (my ECAD package also checks a bunch of stuff they don't, too, so I always run both).
I place $33/ea panel orders somewhat frequently. If you don't need something for the next several months and can afford to wait until I make an order, I may be able to throw you on a panel with some other stuff for little cost.

I'm currently looking at http://fritzing.org/ (http://fritzing.org/) . Their fabrication service looks interesting as they collect together members orders...
