Title: Problem with an animation gif in a layout

I need help.

I have a gif and I want to include it in a layout. My problem is that the background of the gif appears in black

Any idea?

I don't think Mala can do transparency on a .gif  :-\

You can edit all the frames of the .gif to add that part of your background, but it would be a PITA.

Badmouth speaks truth.  With Mala you're pretty much SOL. Sorry.

Correct, as far as I recall MaLa does not support the transparency.
