I tried to change the email associated with my account, now it won't let me log in, and it says it has sent me an activation email, but I have had the system send it to me 5 times, and it never comes.
Is it sending it to my old email address? If so, I'll never get it, as that email account is gone (hence me trying to change the email address). Does that mean there is no way to ever change from a email account you have been locked out of?
So what do I do now? I still know my password, my old email address, my username (MacGyver), and have setup the new email address in the account settings area (prior to being locked out by the pending activation), what now?
It is possible I fat-fingered the new email address , but if I did, there appears no way to undo that.
Please Help! I already sent a email to the admin account, but I don't know if they get email from there.

Check your junk mail filter.

Yep, tried there, and even added the whole arcadecontrols.com to the safe sites list, as well as implicitly added the admin@ part. Still nothing.
I'm thinking that it's sending the authorization to the old one, and not the one I changed it to, either that or I typed it wrong, either those or outlook.com as the world's worst lag.

Outlook had some problems recently, I would get Saint to check out your profile. :cheers:

I am having the exact same problem as MacGyver.
A few weeks ago I tried to change my email address and have not been able to log back in to my old account. I talked to Saint but he could not locate my old username, but I am not sure I gave him the correct one as I seem to have forgotten the exact way I spelled it :dunno, my memory stinks :-\. I eventually gave up and just did what MacGyver did and sign up with my old username and adding a '2' to the end.
I have tried the same things as MacGyver but no luck.
Could someone try again as I have been cleaning up around the house and have found a few things I would like to list in the 'Buy,Sell,Trade' area and it sure helps when people can tell if you have been around for a while instead of looking like you just registered recently.
My missing username could be 'AllisterFiend' or 'allisterfiend' or maybe I used a space between the words back then.
Thanks for any help in this matter.
P.S. I just noticed that MacGyver was changing to an outlook.com email, I was also switching to an outlook.com email, hmmm... I was having other issues with outlook after this problem and have since stopped using it and switched to another, which must be fine because that is the one I used to register my new name.

My Outlook account has a "." (period) in it, I wonder if that is the issue. I'll message Saint after the weekend (admins need breaks too I guess). ;D
