Title: AMI Rowe R-90 Error Code 22
Post by: BikeRidingDaddy on September 02, 2013, 05:58:37 pm: I am in need of some help here. I have an AMI Rowe R-90 that I keep getting the error code 22 for. Can anyone tell me what that means? I have tried to find a manual but I haven't had any luck so far. At this point I can't play anything, my 45's drop down and the arm moves over but it doesn't go down. Also I am only able to select one number. Once I select one song that is it, the jukebox doesn't seem to recognize that I am entering other selections. Any help/advice you can give would be appreciated.

also have u put it into service yet ? to see if u can clear the codes

Welcome to the forum.

Error code 22 on a Rowe Ami R-89 to R-94 CCC indicates that keyboard switch 9 is always closed.

This could be down to a short in the loom, a defective switch or a faulty CCC.

You do not indicate what country you live in? Please ammend your profile. If we know where you live it helps to give your advice regarding getting spare parts and where to get technical help etc.

I have now tried to clear the code and will be buying the service manual as soon as I can. I am in Southeast, Virginia do you know anyone in this area that works on/supplies parts for my jukebox?

The only person I know in the USA that repairs Rowe Ami Boards is Bruce Wentworth of AB Leisure.
