Title: Screen Flipping in Cocktail Mode

So, I am apparently a n00b, cause I am turned around. 

I have a cocktail cabinet just about done, shame on me for not updating the build thread for it, but I'll get around to that soon enough, anyway, I am having the damnedest time trying to get my second player to flip when it is their turn. 

I am trying ones that I know should work, donkey kong, ms pacman, and nothing.  Am I missing something?  I have the DIP switch turned to cocktail, and the screen rotated so I can use the length of the LCD I am using, but nothing happens when player two comes up.

Did you exit the game and restart it when changed to cocktail mode?

Change it to cocktail mode in the dip settings in MAME

Close the game

Open it back up

Check dip settings

If it changed back to regular mode than you have permission issues and your mame settings file is probably set to "read only"

If you have save state turned on then simply hitting esc to exit the game will not work; you will have to hit f3 to reset.
