1hookedspacecadet's post about door widths made me post this since it's kind of related.
I finally got my cab in my house :) It's been in the shed the last few months, but it's been getting cold quick here in NJ and I needed to get it inside. My father and I got it down there after having to take off 2 doors and a banister. Then we had to get it in the back door, down 3 stairs SIDEWAYS, then down another 6 stairs. All I can say is I wouldn't want to have to do that everyday, that sucker sure was heavy.
Sorry this post is a bit pointless, but it sure made me happy heh. Now I can work on it on the weekends hopefully (gah.... damn college getting in the way of my arcade addiction)
I'll try to get a picture up in a few mins to show you guys its temporary home. Still haven't decided on a definite place for it.

Hey, what can I say, I REALLY needed those 2 inches ;)
Here are some pics... now I need to get started on it, as of now I haven't done anything much to it since I got it. Sorry for the crappy quality, old digicam.

You should have seen my moving day nightmare. I have a dozen games. I moved into a second floor apartment. My steps have 2 90 degree turns before you reach the top. Half my games are Atari ones (some of you guys know what I am talking about, for those that don't, Atari games are extra heavy and have nothing to hold onto).
Top add to all the fun, most of my games were coming out of either second floor or basement locations. 3 Of them were in an identical second floor apartment in a different building (down those evil stairs, then back up them).
And of course my friend picked that same day to buy a heavy dual monitor playchoice which we had to move as well.

well you definitely got me beat paige, but I think I like that fact actually heh
I lucked out, cuz as some of you may know, with this cab cuz once you take the back door and control panel off, there is plenty to hold onto. Heavy yes.... but at least there were places to grab on.

Wow that cab is almost identical to mine!
But mine originally was a WWF Wrestlefest (1994). I got during this era most cabs looked the same.. it's scarry!
