oh boy, not sure. let me see what I can find out.
is this maybe something you can make? 3d printer maybe?
-
no but it depends on how thick the shaft or the inner diamer is.
if it is a match you will not have to worry about it wearing again.
possible to post a pic of it so I can get an idea of how big it actually is.
-
I think I got ya covered lol.
check out the robinson racing products hardend 32p 14t steel pinion gear looks like a 5mm shaft but a bushing could be used to fill the gap if needed.
these are the #1 rc pinions and handle tens of thousands of rpm and never wear so unless you use the force your good to go forever lol.
it may be a mod gear type pitch too though but rrp also sells them and there all over ebay for cheap.
the inner diameter hole is the main thing though.

thanks man, i went ahead and ordered one, lets see if it'll fit!

if it is too big in the shaft hole a sleeve may be able to be used but I looked into it and it looks like what I mentioned prior and if so it will last you forever as long as there is proper gear mesh.
-
yikes! way to small. here is a pic showing them side by side. thanks for the assist though. anyone know where i can get a star wars 14 tooth gear?

yeah that was way off and too bad too becuase the rrp's last forever and would have solved that issue for SW owners.
bummer but was worth the shot I guess.
so it was not a total waste I would buy the rrp off you, I could use one for my current rc build.

You can't put just one metal gear in there with the plastic gears. It'll kill the others.
-
no metal on metal is worse same with 100,000 rpm rc's.
we run that on the motor and a plastic spur a metal spur with a metal pinion last a half pack at best and turned to powder.
this is just a free spinning gear with no high rpm torque either so it would be fine..
