And where can I get em? My cabinet has the wires soldered onto the joystick and button contacts and I want to replace them with the slip on contact thingies. Does radio shack have them? I also want a wire that has like 8 to 10 of them in a line to ground all of the buttons and joysticks with one wire. Where can I find one of those?

They are called quick disconnects or QDs.
Edit: You are looking for .187" ones for standard arcade buttons
Edit: Edit: In before PL1 brings his fury of research and articles pertaining to every version of QD

I forgot here who posted it, but in the future I'm going to buy a cheapie JAMMA harness and cut the wires off for my own uses. I did that recently, and it was like a godsend. Everything's already crimped, you get a daisy-chained ground wire, and it's about $15 shipped.

Another option is to get pre-crimped 1 meter wires (available in a variety of colors with .110", .187", or .250" QDs) and prefab daisy chains (red or black with .110", .187", or .250" QDs) from Paradise Arcade Shop. ;D

No need, you answered OP's question clearly and concisely -- wouldn't make sense to introduce spade terminals, flag terminals, bullet terminals, D-Subs, RJ-45s, Molex KK-100s, . . . . :duckhunt

Hey! That pup bit my finger! Which, of course leads me to this. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OBlgSz8sSM#)

Thanks guys! i will check all of those options out!
So, at Paradise Arcade, I assume this is what I am looking for, as far as the ground wires? 30 Connection Black Daisy Chain (.187")
I will probably get that as well as quick disconnects for the non-ground wires. And .187 is the standard size?

Looks good.
.187" is the standard size for most arcade microswitches.
Some microswitches use .250". (I got a batch of IL's from Andy with this type once.)
Goldleaf, Sanwa, Seimitsu, and leaf switches use .110".
