Hello! I've tried to get this working on my own for awhile and I just can't get it to work.
Capcom Impress
I started off with W8 and HD6450. I tried soft15khz and it would give me the option to install 15khz and with quick res i'd bring the resolution down to 640x480. Still did not work and whenever I restarted connecting to the jpac it would just flicker and not give me sync.
I moved onto a 8400GS and soft15khz wouldnt even let me install.
After I tried W7 the same problems occurred.
Tried a HD4350 and had the same problems with the HD6450. I also tried the calamity drivers but they arent for W7.
I'm almost at the point where I'm going to pull the monitor out and put in an LCD but I would really like to avoid that. :(
Also the pc i'm using can only hold low profile cards. I also have an 8800GTS 9500GT and a GTS250 available to try.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im not certain, but I thought windows XP would be the easier OS to work with 15k.

Well as of the moment I installed XP 64 with the HD6450 and get a picture but its a split/double image.

640X480 is VGA (31Khz) please check out this link and try the 2 settings listed with soft 15. I have never used soft 15, but if you can set them as shown, hopefully it work.

Hi erokitsune,
You won't have success with the HD 6450. On the other hand, the HD 4350 will work fine under XP.

Yeah instead of Soft15kHz, try Calamity's CRT_Emudriver with a compatible graphics card in XP64. I've used both and CRT_Emudriver is much better IMHO. I use a 4350 in XP64 myself, works great.

Ive tried the calamity drivers but I still have the same problem.
It won't let me edit any of the modelines.

Did you get a compatible graphics card yet?

Yes, I've had a HD4350 but it never worked with the calamity drivers. I finally got it to work when I used the official drivers + Soft15khz
