Title: new using j-pac (Solved)

hello there im using j-pac for my project (first project) with a laptop do i still need to connect a keyboard?
and how come j-pac vga is male no female i bought a vga male\male now i have to buy a adapter  :banghead:

ok so now every time a connect the usb from the j-pac (PC KB/USB) in to my laptop usb  for some reason the computer starts tapping q569 q569 q569 and wont stop............. :angry:  help please

You probably have those inputs shorted in your arcade wiring.

You probably have those inputs shorted in your arcade wiring.

That or you have the wires hooked to the Normally Closed (NC) and common (COM) tabs on the microswitch instead of the Normally Open (NO) and COM tabs.

Looks like you were using part of my "backward" wiring trick.

......was like that. I bought it from a guy and idk if I over pay $200 is a show case 33" deluxe  snk vs stf  I'm taking arcade monitor out  cant make it work with my laptop ( widows 7  hd intel graphics) if you pay delivery monitor is all yours ... I'm planing to use LED 32" ( stretched picture) to get full screen . Lepai 2.1 amp. My next step is map c. Panel to Maximus arcade... Any idea how......?

Are you sure you want to get rid of the monitor?

Instead of a laptop, you can use a cheap PC to get it up and running.

BTW, the thread offering the monitor for trade should be in the Buy/Sell/Trade forum.

  cheeeeeeeeezzzzzz  :o i just removed the monitor few mins ago and is heavy as helllllll.....!and yeah i have a 32" led sitting in the garage and i like how mame looks using hdmi from pc/led  . shiping must cost $$$$$$$$ lots...
