Title: Help with PS3 and Ultimarc J-Pac

Symptoms: PS3 receiving no input from control panel.

I cannot get this to work, no thanks to Ultimarc's confusing instructions. It should be plug-and-play unless I want to custom program something (which I don't), right?

Never mind that I don't have video hooked up to the J-Pac in the photos. I'm using Ultimarc's adapter straight from the PS3, which works well.
