Title: Black Screen (maximus arcade) "SOLVED"

im setting my pc whit Maximus Arcade i was checking all games and for some reason the simpsons always stays in black screen  :soapbox: (game works fine in mame emulator) any ideas thanks.

Are you running it from the MAME presets in MA or are you using shortcuts or batch files to run it?  Same version of MAME being tested as being called?  Are you using straight mame or one of the gui'd versions of mame?

Thanks for the reply ima noob so I only set files on MA preferences no shortcuts since idk how...and I try using new and old versions of MAME and nothing I really want this game working. All other games work fine in MA and MAME.. :hissy:

 select configuration tab
Select Mame. Towards the bottom left of the screen is a drop down for path. Change this, I changed from short
Path to long path now all my games work.  :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:
