Up for sale is my 1938 Philco 38-3 radio jukebox project. I bought this radio from a garage sale and restored and cleaned up the wood, mounted an Elo 14" Touchscreen and changed out the speaker cloth. The following items are included with the jukebox project:
-1938 Philco Radio (emptied cabinet)
-Griffin Powermate usb controller - use to scroll, adjust volume, select, or turn the machine off - Have removed the stock wheel and replaced with original knob ( can be mounted behind the cabinet where the existing hole is - see pictures)
-Mounted 14" Elo touchscreen monitor
-Creative Audio Sound Blaster Wifi usb stick - Plug this into your computer or laptop and play all of your music from existing sound system/speakers
All you need to do is supply your own laptop or pc - a laptop would sit nicely on the back shelf, or a desktop would fit in the bottom portion of the cabinet. Original speaker is still in the cabinet which could possibly be wired up if opted to or removed to put new speakers in.
Asking $250 for all pieces above, the parts alone are well worth it
Please email me if interested and if you have any questions, I can demo the setup with my existing laptop to show you how it all works.

I'd love to pick it up, but I'm in tx, and, unfortunately, I'm kind of sidelined on projects at the moment.
Still, looks like a great job on the refinish work and mounting the screen!

Just wanted to add that that's one of the nicest, cleanest conversions of that type of cabinet that I have seen. Great job!

You ever go anywhere near Syracuse? I would take this off your hands if you were a little closer. This would fit right in with my other projects ;)
