Does the cabinet have a separate audio amplifier? It's hard to tell from your pictures. That switch changing audio from one speaker to another makes no sense. I can't see why you would want that. What arcade machine do you have? Maybe some one can chime in if they are familiar with it. Maybe take off the back panel and get a rear shot of that unit.

You'll have to chase down the wiring harness to figure out what goes where. It doesn't look like that unit has a seperate audio amplifier, which is part of the problem.
You'll need to wire in a seperate amplifier, be it a Car unit with an external PSU, or a home unit. Run your JAMMA harness audio lines to the amplifier (you'll probably need to make your own adapters) and take the amplified outputs and run those to your speakers (this is why you'll be chasing the wiring around).
Probably ~1hr worth of work, tops.

Obviously you haven't played reactor.

So speaking of Reactor, and other games that I heard use a subwoofer, like MK.. Is there a way to wire up and amp/ sub to the cab speakers and have it work for a J-PAC AND regular Jamma boards at the same time, via a 6 in 1 Jamma switcher? I want to have a universal volume control that would control everything. My cab is a converted Tekken 2 that does not have any negative 5 volts or volume control or amp. Can I use a PC/ car whatever amp to bypass boards that use -5, like MK? Is the -5 ALWAYS only for the speaker amp/ volume?

Well im making mine MAME so what i did i disconnect all cables from behind of the speakers and woofer and i ran new ones to the amp and from the amp goes to the pc ( sorry for my spanglish)

You will have to check your board schematics and pick off the audio line level signal before it makes its way to the on-board amp. If you can find the line level signals send those to the lepai amp....
