Title: Asteroids on MAME

Can you play Asteroids on MAME? (with normal TFT monitor)

I get the splash screen, but game won't start.

Works fine for me.

Check to make sure that your frontend has hlsl_ini_read (and write) disabled.  Enabling that causes the same thing to happen on my machine.

Only on MAME .149? It works fine with me on .148 but I also get weirdness on .149. I'm assuming it has to do with the new vector hlsl stuff and older computers. Tried just hlsl_enable off but hadn't tried hlsl_ini_read.

Thanks, the replies didn't help me directly, but it got me to search for ROMs again and I found one that works.
